Booking An Appointment
We are so excited you have chosen Pure Chateau Wellness Medspa for your wellness & cosmetic services. At the time of your appointment booking, you will be asked to place a credit card on file to secure your appointment.
Your card will ONLY be charged in the event of a missed appointment as it pertains to our Appointment Cancellation Policy.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
At Pure Chateau Wellness Medspa, your appointment is very important to us. We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled. We ask that you cancel your appointment at least 24-hours in advance. In the event you do not cancel 24 hours in advance, 50% of your service price will be charged for the missed appointment using the credit card on-file.
